Act of Faith

My God, I believe in you and all that your Church teaches, because you have said it, and your word is true.

Act of Hope

My God, I hope in you, for grace and glory, because of your promises, your mercy and your power.

Act of Love

My God, I love you with all my heart and above all things, and for your sake I love my neighbour as myself.

Saying sorry

My God, I am very sorry for all the sins by which I have offended you, and I resolve by the help of your grace not to sin again.

Giving ourselves to God

My God, I give myself to you, in union with the offering of Jesus Christ on the cross and in the holy sacrifice of the Mass.

Act of spiritual communion for those who cannot come to the Eucharist.

I believe in you, Lord Jesus, present in the most holy sacrament of the altar.

I love you above all things, and I long to receive you into my soul.

Though I cannot now receive you in the sacrament, I pray you to come none the less spiritually into my heart.

I embrace you and unite myself to you, for you are already within me, as I am in you.

Let me never be separated from you.
